re BAYRY @60.2$ - well with Germany down 3% tonight - i bought some, so i better like it :0. Another one I am looking at is HENKY (HEN.DE) a german consumer products and adhesive manufacturer (Loctite, UHU etc.) The HEN.DE nonvoting shares trade at a PE of ~11 (voting shares around 14). I did buy some in 2008 at lower prices and the company performed quite well. if the shares get a little closer to 30 Euro, I will buy some as well.

HENKY has a great LT track record and also is cheaper than comparable US companies. They have worldwide operations and the adhesives operations, while cyclical is a secular growth story, since more and more stuff is being glued (cheaper than welding, using fasteners or alternative methods of bonding/connecting parts together).
