The problem with your option is that there's so little downside potential below its strike price, which reduces its implied volatility. There are many option "players" who limit their put buying to stocks over $40.00, just for that reason. I never buy puts on such a low strike price...calls sometimes, but usually I'd prefer to buy the stock.
