S-8 are indeed tough to read sometimes. But since the purpose of filing S-8 is always the same, I never pay any attention to them.

The most important thing in that S-8 was the phrase that GAMBLER excerpted out of the form that said that they will issue 6,000,000 shares for the acquisition of Compact Connection, thereby alleviating my fears.
