Joh: You forgot also paying the estate taxes. Often an estate is sold not by the family but by an executor, he does not know the stock or the volume it trades at or how to feed the sale so as to not disrupt the market. Jim: As for my view on the market in general, I see the present rally petering as we speak (I said earlier by Friday, but the fast ascend/decline we had today could add a few days due to reduction in "market exuberance". All in all the high tech and the Generals (those DOW stocks and the INTC/MSFT generals in the Nasdaq) could go much lower. I can see something like 6200 on the Dow and arounf 1175 Nasdaq, possibly just north of 1150. This should take till late May possibly late June if this decline is interrupted by strong rallies. I think that GRNO will be more or less immune to this decline, but some times, the market takes everything down with it. Zeev Zeev
