Scott P. - You have joined the "naysayers" club at a very high premium. Stay calm for a "virtual" rally that calls for Marengi's ouster will do no good. The poor guy is facing the same (if not worse) daunting task as his predessor and asking "What the hell do I do ?. I know, I'll come up with the NEST 2050 idea, collect my annual salary and perks....then they (NOVL shareholders) can clean up the mess. What an idea !!". If you are planning on wallpapering your house with NOVL stock it will not come cheap. The cost of obtaining the certificates will cost you about $20 but worse, the long term cost can be more deadly. Imagine when you are retired and you are staring at the wall. Would the phrase "why did'nt I sell at $12" come back to haunt you. Leave the past behind and move on. Venture into something different....something that has a future....something like MSFT. V.K
