I think that is right tyc. But gold could take off on its own. I really do not know how this gold/dollar thing will play out and am watching it with great curiosity.

Gold is valued in dollars, so that correlation makes sense, but gold can also just follow the law of supply and demand. So gold can, and has, take of without the dollar doing anything.

Next few weeks should be interesting especially since we are all watching it now as we are at a tipping point. A couple of tippin gpoints actually: the dollar floor of .80 and a gold wedge.
