Tom,

Nice post! As a matter of fact it was a geologist, who got me into Naxos.
Essentially, he said the same you did. Another aspect that he felt
might well come into play is the fact the field can be developed through
strip (open pit) mining, which reduces mining cost in a meaningful way.
