NPL: It's been drifting down from 7 3/8 --> 7 1/2 Never could get a fill at 7 1/2. No real selling pressure, but no buying pressure either, and energy prices are also drifting lower. I'm going to call the company today to see if they're going to reinstate the 50 cent quarterly dividend (cut to 25 C last quarter). I confess, I like the potential of dividends.... CD
