* OT *   If you folks like Qwest, be sure to take a good look at LVLT. Their chairman (Crowe) was briefly on QWST's board and previously was founding CEO at MFS Communications which sold for $14+ billion to Worldcom. While there are good reasons for owning both long term, LVLT has a stronger cash position and is considered by many to be superior in both management and technology.
