Ryan in a word, is weak. He caves to pressure. Right now it's his fear of being bypassed, and shown to be irrelevant, as he was on the recent 3 mo. budget deal.

That leaves only McConnell. Without Ryan behind him and, at most, 18% support in his home state? Pressure just doubled on him to support Trump and get the entire wall funded AWA pass other key legislative priorities.
