Yes, people have been bruised. But I think a lot of folks (i.e., non-professional traders) have returned to giving more focus to what they do best, their life's work. In a sense the bubble distracted individuals from their daily chores and they/we engaged in the boards for a form of nourishment. This worked, as long as there appeared to be a pot of gold at the other end of the arch. It could be coming back, but this time for yet another reason after recent events: To escape other forms of bruising of late, combined with the fact that the market now appears perched to rise again. And so it goes...
