Mike; From my understanding TNRG did not issue any stock for Nighthawk Entertainment Corp. Nighthawk Entertainment Corp. by buying an additional 30% of the shares outstanding. This brings the total number of shares owned by Tianrong to approximately 96%. The main reason I liked this Company was reduction of shares. The news release is a little confusing since the TA states around 26 Million. Also the reduction as stated in the news release has been done in the last 10 Days I am sure the full effects haven't been felt yet in regards to the stock (reducing the total shares).
