Welcome Lance, The board is mostly loyal investors waiting for something to happen with the company that will move things forward. It's been a slow process so far. News announcements about future products and developments are nice but aren't reflected in the price of the stock. The company hired a promoter to bring attention to the stock but the promoter is under SEC investigation, that hurt the price also. The company admitted they made a mistake in that deal but the price suffers. Part of the problem is the internet stocks are getting the play and investment dollars. Why invest 10,000 here and wait when you can buy 100 shares of an internet stock and make 30 points in a week? Good luck with SURG. CD
