Perhaps simplistic?

John, or perhaps naive. Let me introduce you to the case of Cadence Design v. Avanti. Avanti founder and other key players were former CDN employees who stole and duplicated proprietary software from CDN. Their homes were raided by the FBI, undisputable evidence was seized by the authorities. I thought to myself it would take the judge about 30 seconds to issue an injuntion to enjoin AVNT's flagship product. I was wrong. The case dragged on for 4 years before an injunction was handed down. By then the enjoinment was against the already outdated and out of circulation product. It did cost both companies lots of doughs in the litigation proceedings.

As far as CUST v. CPTH is concerned, as I said we may see a countersuit from CPTH.

Regards,

Tom
