Since the company and the board are prone to changes based on public opinion (Mr Petar Vucicevich or someone associated with the company must be reading this board) and I don't wish to bother him since they are in a quiet time(per the PR statement) I will make my response public here. You said in your CEO statement posted on the web site you are interested in serious concerns thus my post with serious concerns. 1. Up to this point I cannot make heads or tails as to the validity of this company (even though I hold shares) based on some of the (IMHO)very recent unprofessional behavior by your company and representatives of such. 2. The beginnings of your present IR firm came from this board and has (in my opinion) made a great mistake by their PR announcement yesterday concerning Mr. Khan becoming the new CEO replacing Steve Sulja former CEO and then your appointment less than 24 hours later as new CEO. 3. Although some investors may have acted quite juvenile in calling the clients,companies and phone numbers available (in your opinion) they were doing what they have been trained to do and that is Due Diligence and the hunt for more valid information on the company. Who knew that hundreds would inundate these phone lines. My apology for your hearburn concerning this situation. 4. Much of the information on the company cannot be validated by connecting the dots of many of the companies,associations, etc. 5. Any shareholder no matter what the size deserves honest forthright communications without threats to the whole whether some may have acted (in your opinion) in a bad way. 6. I like any shareholder wish to validate and confirm that the company is a solid prospect for growth,earnings and future value for myself and the company. 7. I do not care to follow popular opinion on this board that says everything is wonderful full speed ahead. It was a huge mistep (in my honest opinion) of the PR yesterday which was neither thought out very well or presented in the best possible way. The company should have taken FULL responsibility and blame instead of threatening shareholders and calling for legal means as a remedy against some. When PR's whether by the company or their I.R. firm are professional,complete,timely and valid they speak volumes about the company and how they will do business presently and into the future. 8. People are looking to believe in a company especially one that almost seems to good to be true as your company and yet much of the substance of the company cannot be verified and validated and then you state that this is going to be a quiet period and you wish not to be disturbed. 9. You say that a new web site will be put up with communication protocol. Well since you are so open to public opinion I thought I would get my serious concerns out there within 24 hours before you have a possible change in CEO again. 10. I see that some public opinion on the board here runs that the I.R. firm Marquee Asset Management should be replaced. Should we expect a 50% chance that this will happen based on public opinion? These are my serious concerns and if you wish to answer me I am easy to contact. Thank you for your time and my hope is that this will help with my concerns. Lord I ask for more wisdom today than yesterday to help others. That I might do no harm and make the wisest of decisions for your glory. GB-ND c
