to everyone:

thanks for all your responses but i was not advocating shorting the stock. it just looked to me like VTSS was going through a reversal pattern to the downside. i am actually long the stock and was wondering whether or not it was a good time to get out.

also, as Howard has said, its PE is 62.5 (according to Yahoo its 66) and its growth appears to be slowing. while i don't think that just because a stock has a high PE it will therefore dump, it is nonetheless another thing to consider.

p.s. Howard, you might be right. a put might be better. even though i lost the cost of the put, it kept long in intel when it was in the 90s a few months ago. and besides, the opposite to what i do usually ends up happening anyway.
