Nanny: Last week when I talked to Susan at Sunrise, she said that the price had to stay above $4 for 30 consecative days before NASDAQ would consider listing. She also indicated that they really weren't in a big hurry to get listed. But also they did not want to list on AMEX because of the single specialist type of operation. They would rather be listed on NASDAQ. This is all third hand. Be patient. Good things takes time. Bill
