Teddy (and Tom),
I'm a GBLX long and have great confidence in this company and the management. I hold a whole bunch of LEAPS and have bought some for my parents.

I would like your take on Annunziatas statement that build out costs will surpass revenues in 2000. Is this a reason for concern. I know Gilder is still high on GBLX and that they have substantial incurred costs if they want to beat out the Q's and LVLT's of the world. I think the 20% spinoff of GC will help the stock price a lot.

Any response is much appreciated.
