Very close :-) IMHO as to legal ownership issues, those will be decided in Chile. As to libelous statements made, those will be decided in US and Canada. MDIN has been very specific regarding the 7 properties at issue, including the three that they admit there have been disputes over and cannot at this time claim ownership over. IMHO MDIN strength lies in the toro, mercedes, gabriella and rodrigo properties in that there appears to be no dispute that MDIN owns these, that they are with in DAY published boundaries, and DAY has claimed that they own these, which appears to be blatantly false based on MDIN representations. DAY representations to the contrary have adversely effected numerous business aspects of MDIN, among them their stock price. We shareholders may want to consider a suit against DAY for injuries to us arising out of DAY statements and their effects upon our wallets. Key will obviously be the truth or falsity behind certain statements. Obviously, my money is on MDIN!!
IMHO DAY has to file counter suit or it looks like their admitting MDIN allegations. This, in my book, was certainly to be expected. Life is like a box of chocolates........... GG |
