I have talked to Dayton and they said they will defend there claims about there annual report in court and that they have some properties with the same name as MDIN. [ Mercedes 1-2-3-4-5-6-and the others.][That they own some and MDIN owns some] and that MDIN claims are misleading to the public . In there annual report they are only talking about there's and have nothing to do with MDIN's They are going to file a countersuit and go after MDIN. This announcement was just to inform people of the upcoming battle that will take place in the courts. I'm sure that they will also include all legal fees as MDIN did but have the money to do it. If Dayton wins they will own all of MDIN'S properties in Chili as a settlement. P.S. There claims of gold reserves have nothing to do with the properties that MDIN has.
