Before I put any serious long term money in a company I sit down with the management and watch their eyes while I ask them questions. If your people skills are good enough you don't have to be a genius to find real winners. We will be seeing a lot of 'wannabees' coming into this end of mining pretty soon. I'll be trying to locate these before anybody else does and check them out. This sector is just starting to warm up and is the place to be for the forseeable future.
