Oh comon. What powers? She has simply NEVER changed her "buy" rating on the market. She has never said a negative word. And since we havent had the BK yet, she is obviously right.

But so are a thousand other bullish managers out there who have never issued a sell rating in their life. Some reason they dont get reported.
