GJC, no apology needed: I understood the point you were making. Yes, Jack has attempted to keep us informed as to what was going on with CVIA. ENVP was a different issue all together. A vital point of difference is the fact the ENVP shareholders were able to vote on the issue, and the CVIA shareholders were not able/authorized to vote on the issue. If the CVIA shareholders had voted on the issue and it would have passed: this would be a closed issue!
