Its an organization like any corp. or gov't unit; he's the executive at the head of it and he's been doing it very successfully for two years.

Don't be a boob, if someone else is the CEO/CFO or whatever, then that must make Obama akin to the board of directors. In other words, it's the same as his time in the Senate, he votes on things and takes responsibility for nothing.......
