Exclusive agreement:
GMGC on Nov. 9, 1998 announced an exclusive agreement with INTU, which
marks the first-if-its-kind web-based application of voice activated
access to personal financial content and information.

Since the agreement is so important to both parties so they need
exclusive agreement to protect both parties.
