CMOS not accessible
or
Damaged BIOS (corrupted)

If you cannot access the system BIOS then you have a problem. <s>
That would be putting it mildly.
It is possible that you could flash the BIOS, you would still require a programmer or a suitable mainboard to do this.
Your best bet is to buy a new BIOS chip.
The BIC pen should not be used to pull the mainboard BIOS, get a chip puller, they are almost free.
There are several resellers of BIOS chips, expect to pay about $15.00 to $25.00 for a new/replacement BIOS chip.
You will need to know the exact model of motherboard, it is usually silk screened directly on the board. With that in hand then you can google for a possible supplier of a new BIOS.
I am not sure that the effort, beyond the learning experience, is worth it.
I just got a new computer for the kids for less than a $700.00 bucks CDN that included a 15" LCD. Tech support for your problem is going to run a couple of hours if you don't do it yourself, which puts you well on the way to a new computer.

Smaller tech shops often do upgrades and then sell the used mainboards. You can usually get one for about twenty bucks with a 30 day warranty, they have to throw it out otherwise. If you like to tinker, approach a small shop about used parts. They might even give you an old BIOS chip before they chuck the mainboard.
