Derek, I finally got to my messages. Ohmygosh, I cant imaging a golden biting anyone. My faith in goldens is now diminished. Oh well, thank God nothing like that happened to my little sweetie. Now that he is a big 5 he is much better with the dog. He never has liked my black Lab because seems to think its so much fun seeing a short human that he stands up and tries to lick the boys face which just freaks him out. (I wouldnt like it much either!) I dont think it would help in this case, but there is a company in Florida called Aloes International that has interesting aloe products for humans and animals. (I've been taking it for about a year and a half and it cured my arthritis. I could barely sit or drive a year and a half ago because of hip pain, now the pain is a complete memory. They also have products for animals hips.Since your dog was in an accident, it might not work, but its worth a try. Their number is 1-800-330-2563.
