Capitol Factors (CAPF) is similar to ACRT only if you don't understand the concept of ownership.
CAPF acts as a accounts receivable department for it's factoring clients. If it pays a customer in advance of collecting on the account it is in the form of an interest bearing loan. Actrade assumes all incidence of ownership. Actrade pays it's clients in full upon execution of the TAD. To the point, Actrade purchases the TAD. They own it. It's their product. CAPF serves as a bill collector only. They own nothing. I am very much looking forward to your own personal big six audit. Please post the firm and the name of the person doing the audit.
