Right, but remember the 'Swedishness' of ERICY. Some issues that can be solved fast in the US in Sweden it takes ages.

Philips and LU could easily call off their plans to make handsets and settle it once and for all. In Sweden this will take some two years. Because of the old industrial pact between capital and labor in Sweden, part of their industrial past.

Let me give you a couple of examples:
Volvo and Renault. Telia and Telenor.
