Bluestone has connections with large instutional buyers . MVSI will not make any acquistions with a stock price of 6.00 but when MVSI stock is 12.00, it has twice the buying power. Here is a senario, a Company wants to sell their firm, Bluestone helps them by advising them to buy MVSI stock, MVSI stock rises, MVSI acquires the new firm, MVSI is worth more now, stock moves up more and the sold out Company gently moves out of MVSI at a profit. Both Companies gain, and investor share value is also up.
