GS said it expected SEC approval any day now, most likely this week. The shareholder meeting is just a formality. There is no proxy fight. Pricing on 3/31 night. IPO date is 4/1/99, April Fool day! Demand should be high as CNET and Net sector are at or near all time high. Given lead under writer as GS, co-underwriter as DLJ, HQ, Softbank owns Yahoo, Geo city, E-trade group, ZD, ZDZ, the ZD stock is almost money in the bank.
