The number that I gave you was off of a press release. They may have changed PR firms. The number for the company on the S-1 is (516) 287-4084. The stock seems to have established a fairly solid base in the $18-$20 range. As for a resistance level, I don't have a clue. There may not be a major move until after they report their second quarter numbers and provide some clarification as to the additional compensation that will be due to the owners of the ISPs that they acquired. If my calculations are correct, I do not think that the compensation will be significant. I was disappointed that ONEM did not participate in the ISP rally on Friday. I still maintain, IMHO, that ONEM is significantly undervalued relative to the other national ISP. I sound like a broken record. Bear in mind that there first quarter numbers were reported on a pro forma basis. Roll ups are not in vogue, though that could change. Hopefully, when they report their second numbers there will be some proof as to the validity of their strategy. I remain confident.
