No, I don't know who's making that battery. I looked for the BPS-1 in the displays of batteries by cell phone accessory sellers at the show and couldn't find it although there were numerious examples of the BLS-2 conventional li-ion battery.

Nokia announced the BPS-1 in October and at that time it was only available in Europe. I don't know what its status is now.

If you are looking in the marketplace for signs of the Ultralife aftermarket batteries keep in mind they will be clearly marked Ultralife. Ultralife will not be doing private labels in the aftermarket in the first year. The two sizes for the Nokia phones Ultralife is offering are 750mAh and 2300mAh. The BPS-1 is 600mAh. OEM contracts for cells that go into new products won't be announced until they ship.

While I was typing this response, I received a phone call from someone who claims he heard the aftermarket product will be on the shelves in June. Since the conference call for Utralife's third quarter results will be held mid-May, I'm sure we will hear something more definite then.
