I never disagreed with it, and am very grateful that you told me about PGD some time ago - but I was committed elsewhere - with stocks that never moved - so I took my losses and moved on. I have sworn off the 'pennies' at least for now - I think it's best to stay with stocks that are marginable, because if you want money out you don't have to sell. Barrick is the logical contender because of location and financial strength - but there could be rivals - I would discount companies that aren't already in the area, although Pgd would represent an opportunity to get on board in Tanzania quickly if you look at it that way.
