The U.S.G.S. does not do valuations. Here is a chance for you to do some DD and provide it to the group. Call MTEI and get a description of the properties. Call the U.S.G.S. and have them furnish you with maps showing the minerals in question. They also have many reports filed on the where and what kind of minerals are in place and how much. If you need true convincing, go to work. But when you get your results, a post of your findings will be much appreciated.
