Samsung has been out for quite a while with very fast PC100 memory, while MU only had the CAS3 stuff. Then a few weeks ago Micron shows up with some nice (not the fastest out there, but very decent) CAS2 stuff at prices that blow Samsung out of the water. Over $200 for the Samsung based modules, as cheap as $165 for the Micron (that was a few weeks ago, everything's cheaper now -- 128MByte sticks).
