Saddam had their hands cut off. America gave them new ones. Will CBS run this story??? yeah...right.

And one just has to ask...."Where was the IRC while Saddam was making tapes of the maiming of Iraq's citizens? Or where was the IRC while Saddam and his 'boys' were killing, maiming, raping, etc all the 300,000+ citizens????
