(NewsTraders) -- Loral Space & Communications Ltd. (LOR) Chairman and CEO Bernard Schwartz purchased 100,000 common shares at $22.52 per share on August 21, according to a Form 4 released today by the SEC. In a separate filing, Schwartz revealed purchasing 150,000 GlobalStar Telecommunications Ltd. (GSTRF) common shares at prices ranging from $18.33 to $21.68 per share between 8/21/98 and 8/27/98. Schwartz is Chairman and CEO of GlobalStar. He now holds 797,604 GlobalStar shares.
