Hello! Frank, No problem! The way I see it you are a concerned shareholder ( like many of us!) and are aware that the time frame has come and gone ( April 30) for further news! It is still my opinion that Jack is still trying to sort this scenario out with a bettor ending for the CVIA Shareholders! So! Although I am as anxious for news like many of us---I think I might rather pass on the news for now if it is to simply announce that a 300 to 1 roll back has been completed! One can only speculate at this time, but the old expression sometimes that --No News Is Good News?--Just may be somewhat of a positive sign at this point in the negotiations! ( Just my speculative opinion!) I am also speculating that the trading pattern / price of CVIA today may reflect some support that No News Is Goods News at least at this point in time! I have no doubt that Jack Arnold has much piled on his plate! I wonder if Jack can get us a group discount if we all ordered our prescriptions of Prozac from the Pharmacy he works at? ( that was a weak attempt at some humor!)...... Frank! Thank you for making the effort to try and track down some information and sharing it with the thread! I appreciate it!-And the only point that I was trying to make , that if things are down to the final inning, and someone has some information they think Jack should be made aware of--do not hesitate for a moment---pick up the phone and let him know about your thoughts and findings!
