Mexico has never been a democracy in any meaningful defintion od the word for very long. The 3rd Mexican Revolution started in 1910 and ended the dictatorship of Porfirio Diaz. It was not setteled util 1923, when PRI (Partido Revolucionaro Instutional, Prty of Revolutionary Institutions) won the elections. They quickly used a comination on voter bribery, punishment of areas that voted for other parties, and ballot counting rigging to keep themselves in power until Fox won in 2000. Foc is PAN, Partido Accion Nacional. We shall soon see whether Mexico has actually becone a democracy.

Mexico exports the problems its stupid dictators have caused, including economic failure, to the US. And the US lets it.
