Plasma and Materials Technologies Inc sees gain in chip speed

CHATSWORTH, Calif., Feb 10 (Reuter) - Plasma & Materials Technologies Inc said Monday it had made a breakthrough in the deposition of low dielectric constant materials that could significantly increase the speed of semiconductor devices.
