Seriously?.... Nothing Gerald (and I work for em'). They are about as far off the radar as is Novell (and I am serious...). I only see one major focus day after day after day and that focus is to support and make money off of Redmond. I don't know who or what your sources were, but I can't fathom a rationale for IBM wanting Corel, or Corel's business. But, I believe that you heard it.

I dunno what's gonna happen to Novell and Corel, but from the landscape that I see, it don't look good. And I feel bad for the folk that got burnt by this company, the same way I do for the ones at Novell (and I was one of them).

As far as what's on IBM's mind right now? Well, you know it's CPQ/DEC, and the enterprise.

Regards,

Joe...<if ya' wanna send me email there aside from what you see in the SI account, you can get me at jantol@vnet.ibm.com or I do a good job of touting IBM on my web page monmouth.com and, as an added bonus you get to see what I look like too! <smile>>
