Someone mentioned elsewhere that when placing their Yamner order they didn't even have to give the account number. Does that mean there is some kind of caller ID in place with your phone system? Is giving just my name enough (assuming I'm calling from my home number on your records)? I know I've called some companies that I've ordered things from before and they basically know who I am before I say a word. When your traders get a call does the client's account automatically pop up on the screen? Thanks! Jimmy Liberato
