I'd prefer to see 'partner'. This is where I was coming from I guess - GMGC invests equity in a joint venture, other party invests 'cash'. GMGC gets increased revenue income. Whatever.

I have a lot of faith in the management doing the right thing by the company - hopefully they can spare small shareholders pain at the same time.
