CoreSite Realty Corporation Com(NYSE: COR )

Doubled up on COR. . Insiders have been buying in August at higher prices. Looking to sell higher priced shares in 31 days if stock bounces back to $16.00 range. Stock goes ex-dividend this week. I like the sector especially that exposure is in USA only not Europe.

Position is still small. Other companies in sector is Corporate Office Properties Tru(NYSE: OFC ) which yields 7.3%. I may eventually take part of the proceeds from COR and start a position in OFC.

I also own Digital Realty Trust, Inc. Comm(NYSE: DLR ) where I am still positive. I am a little concerned as DLR has 20% European exposure where COR or OFC have none.

All of these REITs are close to their 52wk lows.

FWIW, peeled off high priced shares in PBR & VOG and may revisit in 31 days.
