I dunno, did they? I haven't looked at the SEC filings. Lots of CEOs sell stock every quarter or every six months. It isn't "calling the top" if a routine sale just happens to occur near the peak. But no one ever seems to notice the sales that happen near the bottom or while the stock is on the way up. Katherine
