Morgan Stanley put out a NOVL report today saying "Don't count them out yet." They anticipate 96e .31, 97e .60, 98e .19

5 yr est grwth: 9%

The report is generally quite optimistic. They maintain a neitral.

I say it's a Buy<$9.5
