But the executives gathered for the discussion at the Portola Valley, Calif., mansion of financier Walter Shorenstein praised Klein and the Justice Department for taking tough measures.

What a bunch of short sighted, abject losers. Snuffling up to the regulators and controllers to protect them from their own incompetent business practices. They are the most despicable players in this whole travesty of justice.

``There are people who criticize change; there are people who drive change. He is driving change,'' said Eric Schmidt, chief executive of Novell Inc., a software company.

Case in point. This clown is driving change himself. Driving NOVL, (a company with good products), into insignificance and irrelevance with totally inept management and marketing practices. It's no surprise that he, and other like minded individuals, are brown nosing Klein and his DOJ minions to protect them from their own gross failures.
