I just went into the Delgratia thread to get a handle on what that's all about. At first glance it appears that the P R guy is either an idiot or was shorting the stock. Absolutely no reason to use the words 'Reg S' stock in that release. The chart on the stock looks like IPM's . One more thing -- if you look at their news release you will notice some pretty crummy numbers on their drill results. If that stock is worth $16 -- IPM should be about $200. C L
