Doren, the reason some of us upgrade to new OS versions as soon as they come out is so that we can find all the bugs and problems, so that you may upgrade later after they've been fixed. It's all for you, Doren.

When Panther came out I thought OSX is finally ready for prime time.<<

Yes. Panther was very stable. Overall, it was the most reliable and elegant OS I have ever used. Tiger is more than just a "point" upgrade, really. It apparently has a lot of changes under the hood, in addition to all the new features. So I guess we should expect a little pain at first.

I believe that within a couple of months I'll be wondering how I ever managed before Tiger. But that won't be until at least 10.4.1.
